Hello dear ranchers. I hope many of you are doing well lately. I’ve been been reading posts of when the next update for slime rancher will come out the update.
We received was the poll party update back in late may of this year.
As for the latest expansion. Was victor’s experimental workshop back in june of 2019. It’s been more than a year now and so far no word of what the new expansion is going to be like i don’t blame the community being a little flustered from the lack of news every once in a while i do get comments on when the next update is going to be released.
Honestly i don’t know but doesn’t mean i can speculate on the reasoning for the long hiatus now disclaimer when about to say.
It’s only speculation. I cannot guarantee what i’m about to say is true i am only piecing together on what evidence i could find that may be the cause of the update delay. So don’t take my word as gospel truth.
Now with that disclaimer out of the way.
Let’s begin with theory. Number one you guys know what i’m talking about it’s been plaguing the whole world for the good chunk of 2020. The economy was dramatically affected causing.
Many to be unemployed even though it has died down a little bit doesn’t mean people will physically go back to work the team of monomi park.
More than likely was impacted by this outbreak essentially having to work at home using video chats like zoom. Skype or discord to communicate on the development of their games. Is having to work at home the main cause of delays with the game.

I am. Not a game developer or have experience working in the field to provide a perspective on what is like developing and communicating in the comfort of your own home. Nick posted a tweet announcing two new gaming.
Ips that the studio are currently developing other than that we don’t know what the actual games are going to be like they likely have their hands full with not only updating slide ranger.
But also two additional two games that are under development keep in mind. Monomi park is an indie studio with a small team jungling multiple games might be difficult. If you guys don’t know monomi park studio is located in san mario.

I learned that there is a wildfire happening close to the studio. What google maps has estimated it’s only an hour away from san mateo gown county this wildfire is burning not just the surrounding area but also the redwood trees that california is known for ancient trees that are centuries old are now engulfed in flames in an instant as of the making of this video. The fire’s only about 60 contained california is where i was born and raised.
I had previously experienced a wildfire near my home as a child.
It’s a scary sight. If you’re near a wildfire. Please take the warnings by heart.
Even if you’re an hour away have a plan. I want to do an emergency. I hope with the safety and health of the residents that are being impacted by the fires.
