Today, bluevelvetrestaurant.com would like to introduce to you Quảng cáo này dựa trên:. Following along are instructions in the video below:
Of an onion cell slide. Here. I have a clean glass slide that imm going to prepare to view under the microscope.
And im going to take piece of tissue from this onion and then im going to remove the thin layer of tissue. Which is on the back of this section keep taking care to keep it flat made smoothly out on the glass slide like so to make the cells show up more clearly under the microscope. Then we need some stained.
Im going to be using iodine. Which is a common stain for plant cells.

And put a drop of iodine onto the slide will turn a very small quantity here so make sure that the slide is the tissue is laying flat. Im going to use a coverslip so a very thin piece of glass. Which is laying over the top.
I shall use a mounted needle to just help me to lower that down smoothly without touching any air bubbles that slide is now ready to place onto the microscope. This is the the school microscope. You can see that it has a built in light source underneath.
Which shines up from here to view the slide. The light needs to shine through the slide.

Which is placed onto this part. Which is called the stage and theres a condenser lens underneath that helps to focus the light and then to sorts of lens. The objective lens and the eyepiece lens.
Im starting with the lowest power objective lens placing the microscope slide into the clip. The light shines through the slide. So that i can view the cells.
Im using this to just maneuver they slide around to find a bit of like wine whilst looking at the slide and winding with the course focus. So that this slide is as close to the lens as it will come and then im going to look through the eyepiece and focus downwards like so using the coarse focus until its nearly sharp like so i can adjust it with the now ive got it sharp.

I can switch to a higher power of objective lens to achieve a higher magnification thats still in focus. Ive got the microscope now focused with the 40 times. Objective lens combined with the 10 times eyepiece lens.
10. Times. 40.
Thats a total magnification of 400 times. The cell is now quite large in the field of view. Lets have a look at what that looks like you .
