This part of an overall test. We re doing on impact drivers so panasonic have got their following they re not the biggest brand up there in terms of power tools. But they do very well they ve got nice tools and people that love them love them so if you re running the old. Panasonic if you ve got.
Those 144. Volt batteries or you can. But go back. This is compatible back to about 10 years.
I think 2007. So if you ve got old tools with those batteries you can still use it now. You ll see that it is very compact indeed. It s using a brushless motor.
So they managed to shave off the dimensions that keep that right down there as one of the smallest impact drivers around. But a very powerful machine. And it s got the panasonic batteries that a lot of people swear by this is supplied with five amp power. But you can also get it with the smaller more compact battery the smaller end power so if you re trying to get into those tight spaces or you just don t want to carry that much bulk then you can downsize if you like to the lower capacity battery.
Which is obviously also cheaper so in terms of its newton meters of torque on its highest setting you ll get 160 newton meters. Which is respectable that s pretty good and you ve also got this self drilling tech drive screw mode on it which means that it will speed up to self tap. If you re doing sheet metal into steel. It ll do that and then it slows down once it breaks through it slows down to save you stripping the thread.
That is a feature that s coming on more and more impact drivers. But you can also convert this if you want to use is a socket wrench. You know if you want to use it to drive socket sets to up bolts you can do that just by putting the chuck adapter on the front of it so nice got the machine. I m going to stop talking about it and get out there and give it a go another thing that i ve noticed about this is it s got quite a nice tapered chuck here.
Which means that you can operate it very easily because you can get your fingers behind it. But what it doesn t have is this onetouch chuck again it s another one where you ve got to use two hands to put it in which a lot of the time won t be a problem. But if you re up a ladder like this and you ve only got one hand to spare then it is a problem so how did the panasonic. A wire 75087 get on this little of brushless baby here and goodness me don t they all try and fit a lot into a small space again very very similar style to the makita.
The milwaukee that they wore all that and even an atari with that back end shut up. So. What we ve got here is fourteen..

Point. Four or 18 volt. Compatible. So if you re using fourteen point.
Four systems you ve got panasonic batches hanging around then this will work perfectly well on those batteries. I reckon with a slight performance loss. But hey you can t have everything can you they ve got settings on here for three speeds and also for the tech screws. So we ve got that dedicated tech screw now as far as i know panasonic will first to market with this tech.
Screw idea. And when you use it for driving in self tapping screws through. Still you can see that they ve got that bit very right indeed. It feels very very nice that hammer action doesn t come in until this through that first bit of steel.
So it s spinning fast the self drill and then it slows down and then the impact driver kicks in at the end of it i think it s a nice machine looks very impressive in that black and it s got plenty of rubber protection around it and if you re running panasonic. Then it s an obvious choice for you good charger and i must just mention by the way that they also comes with the slimline batteries. Because a lot of people are looking to save weight on these machines and the way you save a little bit of bulk and a little bit of weight is with the batteries. So excuse.
Me you can just simply put on this is the transit protection. Always have that only if you post batteries send them anywhere or you re traveling on public transport. So you can see that slimline battery brings the dimensions down makes it a bit lighter and it s still got a nice base. I like the fact that they re all looking after the base.
So that you can put the thing down without it toppling over so another impressive machine. Quite honestly i have to say that out of all the impact drivers that we ve tested so far. There hasn t been one dog in them they ve all been good they re all good for their particular purpose. And we should see these machines going from strength to strength in other words getting quieter more effective and giving you greater control.

Cody home screen. If you will and there were some add ons in regards to news and videos and tv and things like that you can actually go there maybe see if you can find any of the local networks. But if not you re going to have to go out and get an antenna box. So that you can watch things locally you have a very least have and when you see things about abc news.
There or when i go back you saw a source area about local news networks. Something else you can do because the tv guy won t list every single little channel. There is when you go to string tv. This is one of the sources that i like you can see a variety of different things.
There from bravo again. Cnn. You scroll to this quickly here fx. Ok.
And then can go up. I haven t seen stars on here yet and i m going to go and check in the download the add on areas to see that s a concern because a tv show that i like to watch will be coming back on very soon. So i ll be checking on that. But you did see hbo there and then i believe we also saw yet showtime.
So just know that those things do exist. We are on the east of coast pardon me for anything you can watch your time east ok or if you want to check out what s on the west coast. That s also an option for you as well let me quickly here go to move east. So my dad s friend has the same box.
My dad was nice and he kept the cheaper box for himself. And he gave me this one his friend claims that he s able to still see things that are like right in the movie. So for instance. The little source are out here that i like is exodus.
This one has been great so far and the colleague of mine. Told. Me that this one works well for him as well i don t think he has the same box. But you know he still has his exodus app.
That s installed on his box. So for instance. One thing. I was doing when i first got this was going to search by the year to see if i can see anything that s current ok and guardians over today is wednesday may 10th guardians of the galaxy came out last week.
So the quality here if it is even here although you can see it listed if there are any providers. It may be that bootleg quality. We re back in the day you see people they re taping in a theater and people are getting up in the theater..

And you see heads moving across the screen. It may be that type of quality. However if it may be like another two three four weeks. Perhaps and maybe three depends perhaps on who s streaming and uploading things you may be able to actually see a a movie much sooner.
This one is taking off let s see it s trying to load something now so say for instance. These are all the different sources that have you know uploaded this particular movie. So if i go to prime wire and hint. I usually notice that the ones that are you know far up on the list to be the better quality.
You would just click on one of them gonna take a little time for download. This one again since it s fairly new and it just came out last week may take a little while just going to cancel this i don t feel too confident. But let s say for instance. I don t get out has been out and the theaters now for a little bit and just going to show you something taking a little while to load up.
But again it s uploading all the providers. That actually offer this particular stream for this video. Now in the tv shows area that you saw this works. The same way so far as exodus.
This app. Source. Is also under the tv shows area. So like say for instance scandal come on thursdays today s wednesday.
So last week. There was an episode for season 6. Where it s called the box so as a friday. I was able to go in and watch that one right away.
But as you saw abc is available via tv stream. So i can still go on and watch scandal. If i want to on thursdays at that particular time so you can see here we have some hd version part of me versions and just going to click on this one bobby a little interesting. But it s hd and if you can t see from here the quality is amazing.
I m just going to fast forward a bit. But as you can see it looks just like something you would see in the theater. You know walking heads and i can tell you i was messing around with this on saturday and i downloaded one of these where you know there were some asian subtitles. But they were still speaking in english.
So it s still something that you can watch is not quality spanish is whoever uploaded it you know they wanted to have those asian. Subtitles. So you can see again great quality. Not going to give the movie away for you guys oh.
But that s how you would get in to find a movie of your choice. But then again when i go back again. I was searching by here..

But you can search by characters who are actually in the film. The stars you know what s currently in theaters. So you can see that here and again just you know be cautious list downloading anything of course. It s not downloading to your actual like of tv or box.
I m sure there s a way that you can but i m not doing that i m just opening the source right here sometimes you ll also see things that will tell you oh you have to link this with your phone in order to do you know watch this. I m not doing all of that because something about that just i don t trust um. So again if it s something like audience of the galaxy that just came out or i think fate of the furious was giving me that you know deal or i have to link it with my phone or another source to watch it you know maybe keep checking back in a few days to see if any other providers have uploaded so that you can actually go in and download and stream it yourself later on okay. I m not going to get into all of that thank you kind of get the gist tv shows again um.
I m just going to go into exodus really quickly for you here. But you see a variety of other things kids cartoons. You know tv mix and those are just different things that you guys can use to stream watch videos and tv shows. I ve gone back on this thing.
So far to find goosebumps okay living single and as you can see you can search by networks by different genres. You know what s highly rated was popular with airing today. So you have a ton of different options when using this i think if you go back to like goose. But the quality was you know a little shaky.
But that s the quality that we had back in the day android apps. I mean i have an android phone i don t really see the need for me to do all of this but you seem google play store and services music. You saw youtube. There though we saw that one before music add ons again.
I ve never really used this. But vevo is there in case. That s what you guys want and assumingly you can go out to the web to find more things and then last. But not least video add ons.
This is where you can come to perhaps you know there s abc family. There s some other cartoon things so if you re looking to see if something has been uploaded for you like a source. If we thought exodus there. But that one s already in the different areas where it needs to be there s espn hallmark channel.
So it s a lot of different things out here. And my main concern. I want to see if i can maybe still try to go back to download it make sure that i am going to have stars later on once it s kind. I m surprised.
