I was actually having a conversation with a friend and he was extremely confused on how to contact xbox support. If you guys don’t know they actually changed. It.
So. If you do call the 1 800. Number to contact xbox.
Support. It will just tell you to visit the online website and request. A callback and to do that is actually a little bit confusing.
So i just thought today. I would go ahead and show you guys how exactly to do that so to be able to contact xbox support now you will need to use a internet browser you can use microsoft edge right here on your xbox. One or you can use a mobile phone or computer.
So but for the purposes of this video. I am going to be using microsoft edge on my xbox to show you that it can be done. Here so go ahead and open up microsoft edge and go to support xboxcom.
I will be leaving a link down in the description below once you’re on support xbox comm. Go ahead and make sure to come over here to the top right click sign in and sign. In with your xbox.
Live username. Once you’re signed in just go ahead and scroll down and select whichever one of these categories that you need help with i’m going to go ahead and select xbox. One after you click on xbox one or whatever category that you click you should then see a bunch of different categories over here on the left hand side as well as some trending topics.
You can actually use these to search your own problem and see if you can actually solve it yourself. If you’ve already done this or if you just don’t want to go on the hunt for your own soul just go ahead and scroll. All the way down to the bottom of this website and select contact us once you click to contact us.
You should be on a page that looks very similar to this page right here. Just go ahead and select whatever category. You selected.
Before just go ahead and select. It again so the second step is going to ask you if you would like to speak with a virtual agent basically this is a computer that you can ask questions to and it will send you answers and it will also help you get in touch for further help if you would like to do that click get started. If you don’t want to be bothered with that just go ahead and click no thanks after clicking no thanks just go ahead and select whatever your category is that’s closest to what your problem might be so for instance.
If i was having a with my warranty and service. I would click here if i would if i just got my console banned i would click here. But let’s just say that your issue is actually not here then just go ahead and select other and once you’ve done that just go ahead and scroll right down here.
And you’ll see a couple of different options you can post on the community forums to have xbox employees as well as just other gamers who respond to your questions you can request a call from support or you can message an xbox gamer. Which is basically just getting in contact with an xbox ambassador like myself anyway guys. That’s gonna be pretty much it for this video.
