All right welcome to my starter pack review video. So i’m going to be be reviewing the brand new starter pack as well as showing gameplay and my personal now as you can see you can find it in the item shop under limited time offers and it’s called the street serpent pack. Now of note you can use a supporter creator code on these so if you want to help my channel out as well as my daughter.
My code is tabor time as you can see here so with the newly reduced. Prices this is only 399. It used to be five dollars now it’s four dollars.
Awesome. So here it is street fights and back alley brawls. Are what you will find with the street.
Serpent. Peck boy. That has a doctor disrespect ring to it that sounds like something he would say street fights and back alley brawls you can see you get 600 v.
Bucks. The skin the back bling and the pickaxe now if you want you can inspect them here. Let’s see if anything is reactive no nothing is reactive or even animated so obviously right off the bat this is going to be worth the 399.
Purchase because you do get 600 v bucks. So right away it’s definitely a steal but i’m going to show you what these items look like and perform like in an actual match. So let’s go ahead and purchase this you do have to spend real money you cannot use v.
Bucks. Nor is it giftable so with tax of 28. Cents it comes out to 427.
What a dumb number there we go the purchase is complete there’s the seeker there’s the chain stick pack.
Weird name and then the street blade and of course we automatically get the 600 v bucks. So first up we’ll do the in locker review. He is part of the street serpent set.
And it says. Nothing’s lost that can’t be found well his color scheme is very interesting. I thought this would just be a solid red and a solid black.
But as you can see the blacks are differing in colors like his shirt is more of a light black and then his undershirt is more of a deeper black and likewise with his gloves. They’re almost like an orangish color. But then on his hood and then his back bling and then his face mask.
It’s a little blood red. So i don’t know colors are all over the place the back bling is a little bulky. It looks like he’s trying to be a michelangelo ninja turtle.
Because he’s got some nunchucks in there this backplane definitely reminds me of one we got in the past let me check this one right here this is what it reminds me of i don’t know why. But as soon as i saw it it reminded me of this this is the one we had to collect that had different styles. I mean.
This one’s obviously a little smaller. But for some reason it just stood out like that minus the nunchucks on top and bottom. But it’s not bad.
It’s an overall decent looking skin. He’s kind of got a ninja vibe to him it’s almost like he’s dressed as someone from the karate kid movies. And he’s got that vega mask on i do like that i guess we’ll just have to see what he looks like in game.
So me personally i’m not a big fan of male skins in this game.
So it’ll take a lot to impress me. But the colors are great i just have to see what they look like in game. Now.
The pickaxe looks pretty sweet. It’s a nice spear. Plus.
A crescent moon on this side. That’s a bit weird. It’s got a nice sound effect to it not bad it says a powerful street sweeping pole arm.
Nice now unfortunately i do not see a glider or a wrap currently for this character. But you never know it could come to the shop. We’ll have to see.
But you could easily find a combo for him black and red. I mean how many black and red camos. Do we have probably a billion.
I’m gonna go with ultra red though now for a glider. We probably have a lot of black and red ones as well including the new victory royale umbrella from this season. If you want to use that that would probably flow very nicely the scarlet strike is probably my go to for black and red.
I don’t know why but i’ll see how it flows. I don’t really worry about a contrail. But i just have the playstation 4 artifact on right now so there you go.
That is my combo for mr.
Seeker. Let’s check him out in game. And see how he plays here’s the scarlet strike on him.
This is what i was worried about check out the color scheme in game. It almost doesn’t even look like red. The top of the glider is red.
But look at my character. It’s almost like a burnt orange color. Very interesting it did not look like that in the locker.
It looked more so red maybe. It’s just my bad monitor. But let me know in the comments.
Do you think this looks orange or red all right so let’s first test the pickaxe like i said it looks pretty sweet not as red as i thought just like the skin. Here’s what it sounds like now. There is a little bit of a white contrail nothing spectacular nothing really stands out.
But there’s a nice whooshing sound to it i like that how about a splash effect. Let’s see no. There’s no unique splash effect.
You just get that normal explosive yellow hit that’s it so that’s a little disappointing. But that’s all right the pull out sound is the same with that nice whoosh. It’s pretty nice.
I was asked by one of my followers to do the banger boogie with this character so here you go.
This is the banger boogie emote. I don’t think he spins around with this one does he i’d like to see the front of this character. Oh.
There it is a little bit. Yeah. I’m definitely feeling a burnt orange vibe.
Here all right let me spin him around here with old school. So we can see yeah. I don’t know it just doesn’t look red to me in the locker.
It definitely looked red. But i’m not complaining by any means because this is a nice color it’s very unique. But if you bought this assuming that it would look bright red.
It doesn’t let me show you what red looks like i was going to show you what red looks like with my camo. But it seems like my game possibly has crashed. I can’t move at all i’m stuck stuck in place to admire the fake red color yep.
I think i’m gonna get the boot not cool all right so like i was saying. This is an actual red color check out the camo on my gun. That is red.
Now look at the color on my gloves. The back of my hood and that little band around my arm. That’s a burnt orange in my opinion totally not red or if you would consider it red.
It’s a very very off shade red.
So like i mentioned. I think some people may be a little disappointed if they bought it anticipating it to be like this color red. But at the same time.
It’s a very unique color now let’s just spin around with old school you can see his mask is the same color. I actually enjoy his mask gives off that ninja vibe. Like i mentioned before pretty sweet.
So definitely not a bad skin by any means. I actually really enjoy this i would probably spend upwards of 1500. V.
Bucks on this skin so to get it for only 399. Plus 600. V.
Bucks. I think that’s a great great steal let’s see if it brings us luck in the kill department definitely guys fighting up here someone just got clapped better heal up sony vegas coming for you as i lag. My butt off look at this guy.
I can see you right there bro wowzer that was a weird fight there. I’ll tell you what i didn’t even take a single point of damage. There holy smokes this skin is good luck.
So there you go that’s all there is to it for mr. Seeker. His color scheme is a bit deceiving here.
If you think it’s red.
It’s not really red. It’s an off shade red. How about that not a bad skin.
Though definitely gives off the ninja vibe. And he’s just overall pretty clean. I really enjoy all the starter packs that the game offers.
There really hasn’t been a horrible one yet they always come out with a very smooth set and this is no different. I definitely enjoy the pickaxe. It doesn’t really have any nice contrail or splash effect.
But it’s very very pleasing to look at i really enjoy the design the back bling is a bit. Blah maybe if those nunchucks come out as a pickaxe and you could pull them right off of there that would be pretty sweet. But i could totally see myself exchanging this out for something else and by something else i mean the black knight shield so overall let’s see what i would rate this i would say the skin itself is a 7 out of 10.
The back bling is a 6 out of 10 the pickaxe is a 7 out of 10 so. Overall i probably say 65. To 7 out of 10 on this one.
But again you do get 600 v. Bucks right away instantly so that alone makes it worthwhile you basically pay the four dollars get the v bucks. And you get this awesome skin and pickaxe for free overall.
Though a very very decent skin. A nice addition to anyone’s starter pack collection that’s all there is to it. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this video.
