The first thing that you need to do is head over to system. And you re going to be looking for developer options so down to settings across the system developer options just make sure those two items you might have three on there if this three just make all sure all three are turned on and then we re going to head straight back up to the top of the screen and into the search. We re going to be looking for a program called downloader so this is a program which enables you to be able to download. Apk files direct from their source.
So you put the the source into the url as you ll see in a few moments. And it will download the application straight to your device very very useful. And there you go downloader and it will come up here just click on that and get that installed so we can go ahead and open that up now and we re going to be installing the first application. Which is kodi.
It s arguably the best app or the best add on that you can add to your fire stick. Which will just open up a world of media for you now i ve created this link. Which is just a shortened version from the main kodi website. So the http colon forward slash forward slash will already be there and you just need to enter in tiny you are lcom.
Forward slash so go down to the little asterix button there forward slash and then you need to make sure that you type this in absolutely correctly and that s h. Y c x h. E w. Okay so that s the source for codeine so when you click download then the download will begin you can obviously put in the main the full source.
But it will just take you a lot longer to actually enter that into into the the url box. There so this doesn t take too long to download at all and again it will just take a few moments to install i m not going to go in and go to much detail about kodi itself. I have already done videos if you look in my previous videos make sure you subscribe italy guys because you ll see a lot more information coming up in the next. Few weeks.
And months. Which will be all the latest add ons and everything else you going to need to make sure that you ve got a great system. And it s fully up to date so that s now installed and we can click on install so there so that the apk is downloaded and now we re installing the apk apk. I m just going to be forward faster forwarding this a little bit and you can see that when we go into it it will just take a few moments to open and it will be opening as a completely fresh install of kodi and this is a my believe 161.
What we re using and there we go there you go working fine. So that s kodi installed okay so we ve got downloader and we ve got cody now the next. One is an official app. Which i can vary you know strongly recommend and that s plex so all you need to do is to go from back to you press.
The home button to go back to the home screen of the amazon fire device. And then just type in plex. Now. I m going to be doing a video shortly on the benefits of having plex as well as kodi on your on your fire stick and so you know make sure you subscribe.
So you pick that video up when it comes up in the next few days. But this is you know fantastic application and there s so much more that you can do with plex other than just being a media streamer so for instance. If you ve got computer files. It will find those those media video files on your computer and it will stream it to your fire stick so that s the great application that is plex and now that s all installed.
And that is an official application. So there s no problem getting that you just need to make sure that you search it in the main search bar okay. So that s plex installed and now we re going to install an application called es file explorer. Which is pretty much exactly what it says on the tin.
It s an application which enables you to look into the actual root system of your device and really control xm controlling and managing storage. But also it s got things like download manager on and so you can download and i ll show you how to to do that with another application coming up in a few moments and but it s a great way of managing all of the content on your device. And again you just search for it in the main search bar get it installed it s an official application. That s available in the app store on the amazon device takes a few seconds to load up once you ve actually got it installed.
But it you know it really is it s almost like looking in the control panel of your pc or you ll find a box. If you re on a mac for instance like i am. And here you go that this is it now and you know it just works really well and you ve got easy access to all of the files on your amazon device now one of the other great facilities in this application is that you can network. It to your shared folders for instance on your computer.
You can share files media and copy them across to the fire stake. So really is a very multifunctional. Almost like a control panel type application where you can really manage storage as well..

So if there s a lot of there s things on there which you don t remember the even store for instance applications or just general media that you don t need you can locate it very very easily on this app and make sure that you ve deleted it so you ve got the best amount of storage available now we re going to use this application now to install another app called ipvanish and we re going to be using a url in here. So we need to go to download manager. So that s our down on the left hand side. If you go to tools and then go into download manager and then you ll see on the bottom.
There you ve got a plus. Which is new. So you need to click on that and again. It s going to come up with a requesting a path and then the name for it now as you can see i ve already typed this in so.

And that will just remind you of of exactly what it is that you ve got installed. Now ipvanish is a great application. If you want to disguise your location for instance of where you are no great for using it in terms of if an application is geo lock to either the uk so for instance.
If you want to watch. Bbc. Iplayer and you were abroad in spain for instance. Then you can use an application like this you can select the location that you want to be in and that will then pull the server of where you re trying to gain access to to make them think that you are in that location is therefore you ll be able to play bbc.
Iplayer and it works exactly the same way for places like america to try and access for instance nbc sports. You can do it that way if you ve got an account there so ip v. Ip vanish is a it s a painful application. It s not free.
But it is very very cost effective and there is a link in the description here guys. Where you can go directly to it and sign up for it you could got different options and different trial periods. So make sure you have a look at that so guys there you go that is five applications which when you get them installed on your amazon fire device you will definitely not regret we have plex ipvanish es file explorer downloader and cody. I ve also got fire starter there but that was for for something else but those are the five kodi downloader es file explorer and ipvanish definitely worth installing guys and one thing i want to just pick up on the right hand side there you might see a little android symbol if you ve got that appearing on your device.
It means that es file explorer is seeing that there s something still running in the background. So all you need to do is to go to the settings. And resources like let s just sell it as a full game. And recoup a little bit of those costs back this ps1 finally.

Did also say that they usually like to include a bunch of them a bunch of extras as well let s get these games stacked up here alright so here it is 200 random games off ebay paid three hundred twenty five dollars for this the 329 again the math came out to about a dollar sixty per game. Which is not terrible at all although this same ebay listing is now up to three hundred ninety five dollars. I believe the seller increased the price on it still not bad.
That s under 2 per game more or less and i think this was way better greater variety of games. Yeah. There s probably more sports games and a lot more duplicates. But that s fine hand them off to friends.
This that and the other a good way to bulk up their collection. If you re looking into getting games on the cheap instead of you know cherry picking out the games that you want. But what we re gonna do right now. Actually is i m gonna go through everything off camera.
See the variety how many duplicates the set in the other and give you some stats about our haul. All right so i just finished going over everything and in total. We ve got two ds games. One dreamcast for ps 155 ps.
211. Ps3 games. Three gamecube. Fifty.
We. 52 xbox 360 games. 14 of those. Requiring kinect and 20 for xbox games.
For a total of two hundred and two games so two more than i actually paid for out of those two hundred and two games. Forty three of those games were sports games for our duplicates. We ve got four times we fit three wii fit plus three we plays two just dances on wii two times gta. 3.
And seven copies of kinect adventures by far. Original xbox had the best poles with mostly original beloved games like i m just too. Far. Cry dbz.
You need for speed max payne for its a halo doom serious sam. And the mega man collection overall. This was an incredible deal i find when it only worked out to a dollar. Sixty five per game.
All these games were in great condition all playable of course. It s a mixed bag and you don t really know what you re going to get. But i think this was a great way to get a lot of games for a very affordable price. Thank you so much for watching this video.
