Hello. Ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to lead dangerous. Without with astronomy in a recent video. I showed my cover manic build and i asked if you would be interested in seeing a type 9 version of it specifically one that could slide without any engineering for those who maybe don t want to spend the time or or maybe don t have doesn t have unlocked all the engineers just yeah.

Much i have over there over on this build and you should be and you should be good to go. But is dive right into it and i m going to start with the core internals for the power plants. We have to fit a six a power plan its cost 11 million. It s not too bad the reason.
Why i want an a rated even though we could actually fly with a lighter one is because of the heat efficiency. The mining license are going to generate a decent amount of heat so we want to get the best possible d deficiency and we do get that on an a rated power plant. So that is why we re gonna go and fit that for the thrusters. I think you have two options if you have the cash you can fit.
Seven a thrusters you can see here they do cos. This is in rochester. If i have a 10 discount. I believe the let me do it up if the non discounted price on the thrusters are fifty 12.
Million. So they are quite expensive. So. If you don t have to cash go for d rated.
As you can see down here. They are a lot cheaper save you the cash then maybe consider upgrading to a rated later once you ve gathered a little bit of money mining and if you have the money to spare investing in a raider that s gonna make you move around the ring. A little bit faster. So right case.
I m going to buy a rated and fit that frame should drive we need to have a a rated here. Because that s what s gonna give us the range to actually be able to make it to our cell location. Also when moving around us who were out remaining spots life support. I would just downgrade that to ad rated and we don t really need it and just make it as light as possible so we re going to go into de rate that power distributor.
The mining license again. They do consume a lot of power. And it s all about keeping those fed with power for as long as possible so in this case. We re going to fit an a rated six eight power distributor.
And that should give us that you just quickly check my stats here that should give us around 13 seconds of mining before we run out of power with all four pips. Two weapons. It s not the best so it probably recommended that one of the first things you want to do when you re engineering. If sorry the frames with drive is also a place you want to start and hearing. What you want to take too much and to start with i would say frame to drive and then power distributors. The next one sensors again we re not gonna need that much range in our sensors. We would rather have the jump range.

I mean when we lazer mining. We often really only need one pin. But i mean we can fit a bigger file should why not do it they re not that expensive. They don t take that much power and i don t think they have any mass at all so i would definitely just go with a 2 way refinery to get this expense when it comes to to the class three slot.
Here we re going to be fitting..
A prospector and of course prospectors you have to go where prospectors that down here go you have to fit a if you fit lower than a rate. You ve gotta get less fragment. You re gonna make less money. So definitely go with an a rated prospecting lipid controller.
The fact get at the class three meaning. We have two active limpets. Allowing us to prospect a lot quicker then for the next. Two slots here.
We re going to be feeding collectors and laser mining. You do need a lot of collectors. And when the capital collectors. There are always two spoons of thought right either people go for the longer range berated that has shorter lifetime or you go with a shorter range a rated that has longer lifetime.
And when it comes to laser mining. And even if you are mining in a wing. Which the ship will do just fine. I am going often leaning towards a because this it s not that often you would be outside one kilometer of each other anyway.
When your mind and you will be so close together. When mining anyway that the fragments will not really be an issue where they are so you could easily pick them up with an a rated. So i would recommend going with a rated collectors. The same with the class four slot.
Unfortunate collectors does not come in in a class for buried and only common art numbers. So we have to fit another class three collect the limpid controller getting us up through four active collectors for the class for slot. I actually managed to squeeze in a few scooped one of the problems with this build is it has a very very short jump range. I think the final job.
Final ship jump range with a full cargo is only gonna go just shy of 12 light years is it s gonna be a very very short job rate. That s also by really horny to engineer that frames with drive as early as you can. But that also means that our total range is going to be really short. So we would either have to stop a few which again takes time and flying into a station with a cargo full and then pcs.
Hunting you and all that stuff so..
That s why i ve tried to implement the food scoop here so i m going to be fitting in for a fuels group it s not big it s not gonna fill up your tank. Very quickly. But it is it is going to allow you to get some fuel into the tank. Without sacrificing.

I m gonna get another collector limpid five eight this time this should bring us up to where we hoped we had four before we have three idiots that should be seven now in the class six. Not we re gonna need a shield again. I m going to assume that you do not have access to anything like chris mattox.
So therefore for shields. We re going to fit a six a shield generator to give us as much shit as possible by the class seven slot. We re gonna get our last collects olympic controller a seven a collection of a controller for active limpets on top of our vii. Before giving us 11 limpets in total.
We should be just fine. So you can keep up with the majority of our fleets and then for the last two we just need some cargo. So we re gonna need 2 plus. 8.
Cargo racks ok when it comes to placement of laces. It s always difficult at the type 9. We have the true small hot point. Which is right here next to next to the cockpit.
I m actually gonna go out to third person camera here so i can so i can show you where the high high points. Are now the two small hot points. Are located here you can see them right here on either side of the cockpit a really good position for offensive weapons. Whereas.
The three medium high points are located up here you can see this one here on top of the ship. We have one over here on the other side. And i believe the last one is somewhere underneath the ship on the belly of the ship. We could probably see that a little better if we go into the outfitting again so it s always difficult.
I would see the last one here last medium one on the on the side because these two out here in the side is so far out that the latians because they re fixed is gonna have very well a big distance between them. However i do still prefer to put all my laces in the medium slots because if i want to fit any kind of offensive weapons. These. Two slots are by far the best you re not gonna get a lot of firepower out of it.
But it should be enough to take out these smaller pirates in case. You don t have to fit any weapons. But for this build. I would just go in and fit it mining tools and fit to the fixed mining bases in in the three medium slots.
I know they re gonna be spread out. But again the rocks are also quite big so i don t think it s gonna be a huge issue. So that s not my knee let slet s finish. All we need to do is just look at utilities again.
We have a small amount of power left before we run out so i would just in this case. I would probably fit like a heatsink just in case. Things begins to overheat you get too close to a star. Something there that don t want our cargo hatch to take too much damage will begin to drop cargo into space.
So a heat signature can say you know situations. And then i would also just fit something like a serious shield booster. You can t feel small on that fit more of them. If you won t um.
We only have powerful one zero a you could potentially get a little bit more power a little bit more shield on but fitting smaller ones. But again if you upgrade the power plant down the line you will have to fit the zero ace. Anyway. I guess as you get more power the ship let me know if there s anything you would change how would you fit your timeline especially on engineered.
