” s up youtube. My name is matthew farrell. This is family fitness and this is is my very first physique update. I m doing this video.
So i can kind progress myself. Where i ve been going keeping a log of the transformation. I ve had as well as kind of update you guys on how it s going to my fitness life tonight. I m going to be covering one my physique update.
2. I m going to be covering the stack that i m using to get to where i am today. I m going to go ahead and start off by saying that i shop at 5 star nutrition. It s a store locally here in shreveport louisiana.
Not hundred percent sure if to chain or not they have two locations here it s a great place. I ve been using it recently i used to shop at gnc. But i m much much rather prefer going to foster nutrition. They treat you like family.
So i very few i feel very comfortable. There. And not looking not looking at changing my mush board. Anytime.
Soon ok. So first off at five star nutrition. They have this machine that basically checks all of your body components it goes over your skeletal mass weight your body fat weight your total weight and checks your body fat percentage. Which is really important if you re trying to get into a good physique or bodybuilding your bmi.
Which is not as important as it used to be not to make people look at that anymore. It also breaks down your arm your appendages. You got your right arm your left arm right leg left leg. Okay your your torso.
Which is really really good at seeing on where you are it tracks. It all based on your phone. Number. So whenever you create a account with them put in your phone number use our machine.
It s free you can use at any time of the day. I usually go at lunch or go after a workout at night and then i keep record of when i build so that i know how to base it on other times. I ve gone okay so um the very first time i went in there i weighed in one 929. And i just started going there just started getting really big this summer.
And my bulking phase. It was the first time that i ve broken 191 191 was the max that i had ever been at before so hitting 192 point. Nine. It was really good i had ninety seven point nine pounds of skeletal mass um.
Which is really really good. That s your muscle mass. That s your skeleton. Um.
All your bones..
And stuff basically. Everything. But fat um. I had twelve point three percent body fat.
Which is a little higher than i want to be my goal is to be 205 pounds total weight and about mmm eight to ten percent body fat. Um so. Obtainable i was only about 23. Percent.
Off of where i wanted to be um. Next time went. In was a two weeks later yeah. Two weeks later was the next time.
I went in weighed in at a total of 196 point seven. So my bulking was working. I was increased i increased my caloric intake up to about 3500 calories a day had increased my workout regimen. And i had started taking some supplements.
I hadn t taken before i m going to get to some of those later um and my skeletal muscle mass had increased from ninety seven point nine to ninety nine point seven. So i was making some gains and muscle. Which was good my body fat however did raise um. I wasn t really having a clean bulk.
I was having kind of eat as much as i can 24 7. And increase to twelve point eight. It s not a huge job. But i m still a point five percent jump.
Which is we re trying to bring it down so not not really happy about that um then about two more weeks later i went in and it was two hundred point nine pounds total weight. Which it s the first time. I ever passed two hundred. I was very proud of myself for that it was a accomplishment on a number thought i would see.
But one that i was always striving forward to again tim so i m very very happy about that i had 102 point one person s of skeletal muscle mass. So again increasing my muscle mass and i actually decreased my body fat percentage down at twelve point four. I had started getting a little bit healthier about what i was eating as i was bulking and it was definitely showing. I had dropped back down to pretty much where i had started for scent.
Wise. When i first started going into five star um. I kind of dropped off for a little bit kind of got really lazy. Which i don t work him in but i hit a little bit of plateau.
When i hit a two hundred got up to about two hundred and three pounds. I m just weighing myself on a normal scale was really really happy about hitting children three that i didn t really eat as much so should ve it s not a good on me. If you re gonna have a goal keep at it so i got right back into it after i realized that i had dropped down to about 198 pounds. I was like can do this gotta get back into it so got back into it and about mmm week and a half after i had really gotten back into eating my thirty five hundred calories and hitting my hard workout regimen.
I went in weighed myself. I was 201 pounds two hundred one point nine pounds. So i increased from the last time. I weighed in i was a hundred and three point eight pounds of skeletal muscle mass.
So i had still increased muscle mass and i had dropped all the way down to eleven point nine percent body fat so it was very very happy about that um..
Very proud of myself or that i ve now first time. I ve been under um. Twelve should i think looking pretty good. I m saying you know for a month and a half of work.
Which is really really good still gotta get to 205 and still get a drop down to below 10. Which is the overall goal um. What i really really like about this machine is it stores everything like i said your phone. Number is how it keeps track of everything and i can go in there any time for free pull up my account.
See where i was last one see where i am today or whatever day. I go in and so i think it s a really good system. Again. I think the guys over at 5 star nutrition treats you like family.
Which i think is awesome um. So. Yeah. I m really really happy.
So. That s my physique. Um update. Oh.
I ll add one more thing of it. It also tracks. I said it tracks your your arms and your torso and your legs. So you can see how you ve increased on that i think the really good thing about this is it tells you exactly how much each side waist.
You can kind of base on the size. Which is really important to do it like trying to get a good physique. You want everything to be even right so my right arm is ten point six five pounds. My left arm is ten point nine.
One i ve always known that my left arm has been a little bigger well if bicep hits a little bit taller when i left triceps a little bit wider. I ve always done that so i m trying even those out. But um. It s not too bad both of them are ten ten and a half plus pounds uh.
My torsional 78 pounds. Which is pretty good it s increased the entire time my chest has definitely gotten bigger my back s gotten a little wider my shoulders have gotten broader. Which is really really good my i was really really hard poking and i gotten up to that 128. They were protruding a little more than i wanted to you want to really have your chest be higher than your abs.
You don t want to have your abs stick out further than your chest. So they were protruding a little more than i wanted to but i ve gotten them back down. I think pretty pretty decently um. My legs this is one thing i suffer on my legs.
I am not very good lord body and that is my own fault. When i started working out really heavily. I was like every other guy who skips like day. I ve stopped doing that i hit leg day once a week sometimes twice a week.
I run and i ve tried to incorporate doing at least one leg exercise into each workout each week this week..
I m doing calves every single day um. So that that is my leg leg. Dead. Don t sleep like that s basically what i m trying to say.
Um my left leg weighs in at. 258. 4. Pounds and my right leg weighs in at 2597.
Pounds. So at least my legs they re not massive but at least they re pretty identical in size which is good keep them identical in size and then as they build and get bigger at least hopefully they ll go up with the same pace uh sorry for being really really pale. I haven t gotten to tanjung much lately all right so the staff that i was posting about the miracle stack. There s tons of different things out there guys that you can try tons of different workouts.
Tons different supplements you could take different you know healthy things you can eat this however i found has helped increase my muscle mass as well as my strength while helping me decrease. My body fat as you can see from what i just reported. My body fat has on down from the initial time. I went and my mass is continually going up it s also increased my strength i could not batch to 25.
When i first started taking the stack. I ll admit that i m not proud of with that but i can i can say it i benched 155 um. And that s 155 where i could weapon out yes. I could hit like 185 couple times.
But i struggled 185. I didn t like doing bench press. I ve always had a smaller chest and i was always ashamed of it but mom my strength and benchpress has definitely gone up. I started taking these supplements um.
My bench increased 185 five times. It s very proud that i can do 185 five times. Still hidden hit 225. Yet then i increased my my caloric intake.
Some more kept taking the supplements kept working out my benchpress. Then i was able to do three at 225 just very very proud of myself. This is something that i always wanted to accomplish you always see everyone in the gym. Two plates on it s a big accomplishment um yesterday.
I benched 245 three times two of them very clean to the ropes. Very clean. The last rep. I used a spotter sorry about that um last rep use a spotter but i was able to bitch 225 five times.
Very clean no spotter very proud of myself you can see that my ma. My strength has gone up my strength caught up with my deadlifts. I had never been able to get over 200 pounds left deadlift. I now can do three at 315.
Which is very good on my lap whole downs had never been able to break 140. I m now eating those at 170. So my strength has definitely gone up because of these so um. The product that i m gonna be saying is outlier.

I got it from 5 star nutrition um. It is a prohormone so in order to take prohormone you got to be very safe. Don t overdo. It take the recommended dosage also i recommend taking something that helps your liver.
I took liver guardian from anabolic blackout. I also picked this up over at five star nutrition. Um basically it helps support your liver from all the harmful effects that deanzie could have on it um. Now i m not saying.
If you don t take a little protector. This is gonna kill you or it s gonna mess your liver up no it s not but there s always side effects to everything you take in life every drug has it aspirin has it this it has it um. But it s a great supplement. I finished up my 60 days on both of these.
So i m now taking a month. A post cycle therapy post our therapies basically going to help me keep those gains that i made. But give my body s levels back to normal tv. My testosterone levels back to normal and help me get everything flowing correctly after taking this bad boy um.
It s one capsule twice a day. So it s a 30 day. I m slightly. It s going to help you increase your muscle mass increases your explosive power.
Which is that strength um. It s going to increase your blood volume. Which really really helps get you a nice pump. I i never looked better than when i was taking this i might take in the future.
I might not matter said sharia. But it wouldn t be because i didn t like the product.
