Welcome back to the channel guys today. We’re gonna be talking about xbox. One one party chat issue now this issue and that what happens you know time to and you see right here in the party issue when every try to join somebody’s party.
It will show disconnected now to solve this issue. It’s really easy to do okay.
So let’s get going to solve this issue or any other xbox child chat party issue to go ahead and gonna click on your xbox button and go ahead and go to your settings tab once you go to your settings tab and then what we’re gonna do is gonna go to your network settings and go and click on your network settings and you’re going and go to your advanced settings and there you are network setup. And once you get here. There is a setting called alternate mac.
Address quit and click on that and once you hit clear once you get clear and it’s gonna ask you or prompt you to go ahead and restart your console. Now now before i go ahead and hit restore my my you know the recording device kind of gets disconnected.
So i want to tell you what happens so once you hit that restart button your what what’s gonna happen your xbox is when i go to a restart mode and basically then beit is gonna clear up any of the old cache or any kind of old things they was holding back it’s gonna clear all of that and restart your xbox. So what you guys are going to notice. What is whenever your xbox restarts the next time is gonna is gonna be very slow.
But whenever that happens you know it’s kind of fetching all the new information from online database servers and kind of clears everything up so what i’m gonna do is go ahead and restart the console. And i’ll be right back.
With you guys so go ahead and hit on restart. And it may take up to two to three minutes. So as you guys can see there’s a white.
You know a white shadow going under under the xbox one icon. So at this point.
What’s happening. It’s xbox is kind of fetching new information or new data from the xbox live servers and that will clear up any old data. That is sitting on your xbox now this will clear about 99 of the issues that you’re having with your xbox.
