The textures and models are mostly the same when you look at the comparison shots.

It feels empty. This is true in cinema. Too good sound design in cinema goes unnoticed by the audience. The main point is to make scenes not feel empty in terms of sound in gaming.
This is no different sound design is something hardly anyone ever notices until you do and if you do it means that there s usually something not right more ambient sounds are coming to the last epoch. According to the devs to make the world of a terre feel more alive. I would argue that it is the opposite to make it feel less empty. That is not just a way of putting things.
