All the way to having the most optimized village that produces the maximum amount of income as a quick rule. When you first start the village. It’s important to start generating a positive income as soon as possible otherwise.
If you have no money you will start losing reputation and eventually you’ll lose the whole village.
And there’s actually some very cool unique items as well as money that you can get from this dlc. So you don’t want that to happen the most cost effective way of gaining income is to build the tavern as soon as possible. But we need to do a few things first and i would actually recommend following my fast money making guide linked down below in the.
Description so you can save up about 30000. Gross on before jumping into this the game. Basically forces you to first build a woodcutter’s camp.
Then you can build a road and bridge and finally we can build a traders in total these free buildings will cost you ten thousand five hundred grow ship.
And you’re still going to be losing money each day now before we can actually start building the tavern. We’re going to need a couple of resources firstly the stone from tambour quarry. We can see town burg.
Just here on the map and a quarry is just northwest here once you arrive at the quarry. Just here you’re going to want to find the quarry master. And then go and have a chat to.
Him he will sell you the stone for 2000.
Grow. See. If you can persuade him if not he will sell it to you for 3000.
Gration. Which can be quite expensive. But it’s a one off purchase next from town burg.
We need to go northeast to you once you’re out you shits need to find the bailiff.
He will show you the grain for 160 gration and once again that’s a one off purchase and that’s everything we’re going to need these are the cheapest two places to get these materials. So i recommend going to these two people. But now we have all the materials.
We can go back to previous leavitt and star building now we have everything we need let’s build the tavern for 8000. Grow. After you’ve built this you will be making 300 grow in a day and you will no longer have to put any money in the chest.
Because the village is going to be making a profit.
So you can literally just forget about it. But if you want to make more money let’s upgrade. The tavern with the brewery and a gambler improvement for 3000 gration in total now.
The village will be generating a total of seven hundred and five grolsch in per day. But we can also get a secret vip if you get mercker located at the mill outside mayor jed just here on the map you should have already met her if you’ve been doing the campaign up to this point. Anyway hopefully so long as you didn’t kill timmy.
She’ll actually be your barmaid and make the pub.
Earn an additional 50 groschen per day. You just need to go up to her and ask her to come and join you in your village. Wasted in a mill would you rather be an ale housemate.
What you have the gall to come to me after what you did to timmy god and finally we have adam who’s found here in ritai you’ve actually head over to retire i’m gonna zoom in here there’s a few pubs where you can find him he is actually located in this one near retires main gate. Just here you can see the gate. Just here and then if you come in usually after 12 00 in the evening.
You’ll find adam around the pub.
He does usually sweep the floors. I believe so he’s carrying a broom sometimes he’s in the alleyway. Yeah.
There he is he’s quite hard to find. But this is what he looks like and then you can ask for his help. But he’s only gonna help you after you’ve done a few of his side quests.
And he does have quite a few of them once he comes to the pub.
He’ll give you an additional 30 grand per day. Adam listen you’re a friendly fellow and you know a thing or two about the tavern trade you love to henry. But damn it alone music it all adds up guys each building in the game has a different vip person that you can pick to make it produce more money some people have negative effects.
Some people are worse than others. So it’s good to actually consider it which ones you’re going to get these two are the best for the village though and now guys we’re going to build the beehives for 1500 gration. As well they will make the tavern.
Another 100 gration per day and this really is a great profit for a tiny investment so in total now guys your village earns an income of 885 gration per day or four this is so easy to generate money all you need to do is travel to any random town that you probably don’t go to very often and just punch a guard don’t move a finger.
Now this will lower your reputation in that town. But it’s very easy to build that back up the scale once you get arrested just say yes i want to go to prison. And the game will make you wait for 10 days.
This basically progresses time really quickly and after these 10 days you can come back and check your village earning chest you will have 8850 gro en in profits you can do this repeatedly again and again without returning to your village literally just go ahead and wait fifty. Days and you’re gonna get a very. Easy 44000.
