You can change your Epic Games display name in your account management portal.
To change your display name go to the Epic Games website and click on Sign-In in the top right corner.
You can sign in using any of the options. In this example, we’ll sign in using our Epic Games account. Click on sign in with Epic Games.
Enter your email address and password then click on Log In Now.
Hover over your name in the top right corner and click on Account.
Click on the blue edit button next to your display name. As a reminder, you can change your display name once every 2 weeks.
In the pop-up, enter your new display name twice, and then check the box to confirm you understand that you won’t be able to change your display name for 2 weeks. Finally, click on Confirm.
To see your new display name on your account, log out of your account by hovering over your account name in the top right corner and click on Sign Out.
Log back into your Epic account using the steps outlined at the beginning of this video.
Once you’re logged back in, hover over your account name in the top right corner and click on Account.
You’ll see your updated display name shown on your account management portal. You’ve successfully updated your display name on your Epic Games account.
