azimuth communications This is a topic that many people are looking for. bluevelvetrestaurant.com is a channel providing useful information about learning, life, digital marketing and online courses …. it will help you have an overview and solid multi-faceted knowledge . Today, bluevelvetrestaurant.com would like to introduce to you Azimuth-Elevation Coordinate System. Following along are instructions in the video below:
“Obelisco here i am going to show you a very simple illustration of the two two parameters that comprise an azimuth elevation or as l coordinate system for locating points. The heavens. This is a theoretically a two dimensional system. The azimuth is also known more commonly among laypeople as the compass bearing the number of degrees clockwise from true north true geographic north and if an object is on the horizon.
Its azimuth is that angle clockwise from north in this case. It looks to be somewhere around a hundred and little under a hundred and forty degrees azimuth the other coordinate is elevation and that s simply how high above the horizon in degrees is that object so you might say you want to locate a star in the sky this say the star sirius or the planet jupiter. It will have a certain azimuth and a certain elevation and those coordinates will both change as time passes. Because the earth rotates under the heavens in ham radio.
The azimuth elevation or as l coordinate system can be used to track a satellite in the sky of course both the azimuth and the elevation of a satellite as it makes a pass over your location constantly change. But they change in a way that can be predicted and programmed into a computer. Which will turn a pair of rotators an azimuth rotator which has a 360 degree turning radius all the way around the compass and an elevation rotator which only needs to have up to 90 degrees zero degrees elevation is on the horizon 90 degrees straight up if you program. Those two coordinates into your computer tracking system as a function of time coinciding with data that you can receive in regards to that particular satellite pass you can get a directional antenna system to follow that satellite as it makes a pass over your location.
Most satellites have asymmetrical orbits around the earth most amateur satellites. So when they are at perigee closest to the earth their azimuth and elevation change. Quite rapidly when they are at apogee or their farthest point away from the earth. Such as satellite will have an azimuth and elevation bearing the change.
More slowly and thus is easier to track the advantage of perigee of course is that the satellite is closer and the signals are therefore louder the disadvantage. It s harder to track it and the path near perigee will not keep it in the sky for very long or as near apogee. The azimuth and the elevation changed. Quite slowly.
They re easy to track they stay in the satellite will stay in the sky for a longer period of time. But the signal will be weaker anyhow. That s what you have and an antenna with gain 4. Isn t it generally a pair of yogi s mounted with rotators having sufficient gain to reach that satellite and that is the coordinate system.
Most commonly used to follow satellites. Am two satellites or any other kind of satellite in the sky. Stan jubileus co. Proprietor and operator of amateur radio station.
W1. Gv whiskey. One good vibrations saying 73. Which means best regards in amateur radios are gone and so long which via satellite or any other mode in my native language shall forevermore translate into da da da da de it wouldn t allow me to push down on to the ball joint enough.
I have the shoulder piece in there heating in hot water right now hopefully i can get that on and then glue the front part back on they tried to have the least amount of gap as possible and in the process has made it too tight to be able to fix. Because you can see the actual movement right here. It s just hindered whenever. It has the actual shirt on after leaving it soaking in the boiling water for a little bit.
It was still a bear to get pushed down on there. I m fairly confident now that i have it on it s not gonna come back off. But that just closes up like that push that back on nope and there we go all out of the package and i have to say oh yoda is beautiful. But no there s some frustration here.
But first off the sculpt is beautiful the overall proportions. Just how they laid yoda out in action figure form. There s just a little bit of texture to the inside clothing. Add a little bit something to that that well i guess it could have been just brown cloths.
But texture always adds something i love it and the same can be said for the lighter outer robe. The wrinkles are nicely done it lays well it just looks like you know a little green dude in clothing. Little claws on his hands looking very yoda esque the same for his feet. But the head is where it winds here this is the main focus for yoda.
It s not well it s humanoid you could say but it s very alien. So you can be off a little bit on the scoped. But i don t think this is off at all there is actually some printing to it. But it s mostly the eyes and then the shading inside the sculpt of the face itself it makes it very realistic in the facial features.
But i wish it carried on to the sculpt in the forehead and the rest of the head as is it makes the rest of it look a little bit plain. The ears are just green. Before heads. Just green the hair is just gray and then the face is popped in the middle.
There don t get me wrong. It does look great it s just a little thing. There. But you can see this in my shaky ass hands.
It is small so it feels and it adds to the frustration level. I think because you re dealing with such little ball joints such little hinges such little just everything really and unfortunately. I still have this problem. I move this and it comes right off it holds as long as i don t touch it.
But it s an action figure. So i gotta touch it right but without plugging it in i can do a pose and just jam it back in there. And it does it does stay it doesn t just fall out until i pull it out so i can right here bring it around bring the thing and it does it stays. But only because of the friction between the size of this and the smallness of the shirt underneath there.
But one positive is you don t have to fight this to take it off you just slide it over the one arm and then you can plug the arm back in don t get me wrong. That is still a huge qc problem. I am not trying to cover up for band. I am not trying i m just looking at the silver lining it does make this a little bit easier switch out.
But that s all i got my other big drop here is the waist. It is just a loose cover part that s okay it allows for more articulation up here more articulation in the legs. What i don t like are these inside covers for the legs. They try to bring these down to hide the actual joint and it does work.
But as i m messing with them sometimes that thing gets turned around and then it stays in place. It wants to just like that get your ass back in your ass. So a little fiddle. Some and that s even worse when you have the outer robe over it and you re fighting it too.
But. While i have the robe off let s look at articulation. Now that we can see all of it there is a dumbbell joint up here at the top of the neck. And then there is a ball joint down below in fact let s take that off you can see the ball joint right.
There. It gets a little movement to it because of the size of the head and just the body and the proportions and everything you can t really look up look down. Okay tilt tilt swivel after pulling the shirt. Apart and messing with all the inner workings here it loosened up on this butterfly shoulder so it now comes out really really far.
But if you go too far and you feel resistance its popped out right there and you re trying to move it in it gets locked up especially with the robe over it so you have to kind of lift it up put it back in ball joint coming out to a hinge and swivel in the shoulder. So it raises up that high swivels around and then that plugs into the arm for some bicep swivel elbow hinges up to about 90 ball joint going into the wrist. It swivels and into end and up and down ball joint at the waist. Gives you some crunch.
Gives you some arc. You got to kind of pull the legs down to get some tilt out of it swivels while joint at the hip comes up to about right there back really far out about right. There that swivels on that ball joint knee hinges. Ooh pasenadi.
But he isn t kicking ” ..
