We re going to move to an issue with the big picture. Whether it be good are bad. So the economy is having challenges right now and unfortunately our sales are down. Because of that now next.
We re going to move into what is the consequence of that what is the consequence. I m just using the sales training since we just went through that exercise brainstorming. So what s the consequence of sales being down well. It could be low morale.
It can be turnover with our sales team it can be profits down. So you can see the first three things we stayed are going to be fact big picture right now. We re having a challenging economy sales are down. And as a result of that breaking our profits are down morale is low.
We re having some turnover within the sales organization next..
We move on to your opinion. So it would be my opinion that we should conduct some sales training to help with the team next. We re going to move into the solution. So my opinion was we need training.
But now my solution is how are we going to do this what is the action. We are going to take what is the strategy. So i suggest to recommend that we bring in someone from the outside to assist good sales training possibly a guru and social media. Our presentation training and then next.
We should also identify some key sales representatives within the organization and see if they could go ahead and contribute to the training as well then we move on to the next circle. Which is the results of my opinion and solution and that would be improved morale lower turnover and increased profit. So as you can see just from the beginning right now. The economists start at the top here.

One two and three. So one part of the training will cover clients. Main point two part of the training would cover leads in main point. Three part of the training would cover prospecting and then at the end.
We would just go ahead and restate. I have it the same color. Because basically we just go ahead and restate our opinion. So now let me just run through this thing.
Why don t they looking to do this time actually a main point one two and three three subcategories and i m going to just go ahead and drop in that information that we pulled when we were brainstorming just so you could get an idea how this flows. So we re just gonna run through this. And it will go as simple as this big picture here right now the economy. We re definitely seeing a lot of challenges and as a result of that our sales are down also consequence of that our sales team has been experiencing low morale and quite a bit of turnover.
So it s my opinion that we do some sales training within the organization. We can bring someone in from the outside a guru and social media or presentation training. And then also let s identify some of our own employees that could participate in the training as well as a result of that i believe we re going to improve them around with the team definitely it will have a lot of fun getting together we re gonna lower turnover and even increase profits for the company. So i think we should go ahead and touch on client retention referrals and training also we will train our people on leads.
Looking as we gather leaves from other divisions..
Prospects and clients and also gathering leads and how we re going to document them within the market system and then of course prospecting as well. But it was you touch on social media also phones and then and how we prospect with an email. So when we go ahead and implement this training bringing brand groove of the outside to assist along with our own team. I believe we will definitely have a higher comer otteri lower the turnover and increase profits for our organization and at this point.
